About Lauren Watkins, CPA

Lauren Watkins is a graduate of Wake Forest University, with both Bachelor and Master of Science degrees in Accounting. She obtained her CPA in 2012 and has five years of public accounting experience with a top 10 national public accounting firm. Lauren has experience with both local and national clients, with a focus on various attestation services. She has experience with an array of client industries, including nonprofit, construction and development, commercial real estate and tax credit funded real estate, OMB Circular A-133 compliant entities and housing authorities. Through this experience, Lauren has gained the opportunity to see many aspects of her clients' businesses, as well as experience with a variety of accounting software. Lauren has obtained her Intuit QuickBooks ProAdvisor Certification. She is also active on the Finance Committee for the Lupus Foundation of America North Carolina Chapter.

About Lauren Watkins, CPA

Lauren Watkins is a graduate of Wake Forest University, with both Bachelor and Master of Science degrees in Accounting. She obtained her CPA in 2012 and has over five years of public accounting experience with a top 10 national public accounting firm and over 3 years of public accounting experience running her own accounting firm based in Charlotte, North Carolina. Lauren has experience with both local and national clients as well as with an array of client industries, including legal, consulting, photography, facilities management, nonprofit, construction and development, commercial real estate and OMB Circular A-133 compliant entities. Through this experience, Lauren has gained the opportunity to see many aspects of her clients' businesses, as well as familiarity with a variety of accounting software. Lauren is member of the AICPA, NCACPA and an Intuit QuickBooks Certified ProAdvisor. She is also active on the Finance Committee for the Lupus Foundation of America North Carolina Chapter.
